• The actual application period will be based on the announcement for that semester.
- • Every March and September, the final submission deadline for graduating classes is May 31 each year.。
【How to apply】
• Fill out the google form and upload the required documents.

【Exam acceptance date】
- • March application: From August 1 of the previous year to January 31 of the current year.
- • May application (for graduating classes only): After February 1 of the current year.
- • September application: From February 1 to July 31 of the current year.
【Required uploaded documents】
- • Test Report
- • Front of student ID card
- • Cover of post office or bank passbook (using a bank account incurs a processing fee of 30 NT dollars)
- • Students from overseas, Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China should attach their passport and residence permit.
【Important notes】
- • Each level of reward can only be applied for once, and the reward standards cannot be applied for in descending order.
- For example: If a student applies for the English B level reward in their sophomore year, they cannot apply for B, C, or D levels again, but they can apply for the higher A level reward.
- • International students and overseas Chinese students' foreign language graduation proficiency standards should exclude the official language of their nationality.
TOEIC Subsidy
【Application requirements】TOEIC Series Test CEFR Level Reference Table.pdf
• The total TOEIC score and the listening and reading sections must meet the official CEFR minimum standard of B1.
【Application period】
• After the TOEIC campus exam scores are released each semester, the application period lasts from 1 to 3 weeks.
