Dear students,
114學年度第二學期應屆畢業生外語文能力檢定獎勵金申請時程及辦法如下：
114-2 Language Certification Award for Graduating Students are as below:
一、申請日期 Application date: 5/15-6/7 May 15th to June 7th
二、受理檢定考試日期範圍 The date range
for accepting certification exams: 2026/2/1-
2026/5/31 February 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026.

四、申請需上傳資料
Documents need to
be uploaded for the application:
1.考試成績證明 Certificate of
exam results
2.學生證正面 Front side of the
student ID
3.郵局或銀行存摺封面 Cover of the
passbook from the post office or bank（選填銀行帳戶匯款，會扣除手續費30元，匯款失敗則改支領支票 If you choose to transfer to a bank account, a handling
fee of 30 NTD will be deducted. If the transfer fails, a check will be issued
instead）
4.外籍生、港、澳、陸生需檢附護照及居留証照片
International
students, as well as students from Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China, are
required to provide a photo of their passport and residence permit

七、注意事項
Important Notes
1.申請結束後，需經過開會審核，待名單公告後，仍需2-4周才會匯款入帳，請耐心等候。After the application is completed, it will undergo a review process in a meeting. Once the list is announced, it will still take 2–4 weeks for the funds to be transferred. Please be patient.
2.本次為應屆畢業生獎勵金申請，非應屆畢業生請勿申請 !
Eligibility
is limited to current students of I-Shou University who are graduating
this academic year.
